PHILIPS EPIQ 7 Ultrasound Trackball
To remove the trackball, use your thumb and index finger press 
down on the retainer ring. Turn the ring counter clockwise and 
use a stiff piece of thin cardboard (a business card for example) 
to lift it out of the reservoir as shown
